on to other things

Now that the MD stash game is over, and I'll start posting other things here.

To start, Missa lost her two bottom teeth!

This pic only shows the first, but the second came out the next night.



Marisa is in Kindergarten, and doing well even though we get the numbers listed on her report for needing to not talk and needing to listen to directions fairly frequently. Never had those issues with the older girls, they were always quiet in school. She's starting soccor, and girl scouts. And I'm going to start taking her to the rollar rink since she went once for a b'day party and realized she likes to skate.

Here's Marina, and how she saved a pair of pants that got a bleach splash when she was carrying a container of pool bleach from the store. (The lid wasn't on right, so the store reimbursed us for a new pair of pants, so she actually came out way ahead).

Marina is in 11th grade, doing well as always and taking advanced classes and also pre-calculus on the internet. She is also taking bass guitar lessons and has a little band with a couple of her friends. They are still in the composing music stage, though they sound really good in my opinion. She is working hard on deciding what college to go to and what to major in.

She is at Univ Central Florida in Orlando. She just declared a major of anthropology and a minor of Spanish. She is working at the library there, and is in the band playing snare. Seems to be doing well and enjoying her first year college experience.

Here's Alisa



Alisa is at home this semester taking college classes online. She plans to transfer to a University in Naples in the spring. She has been being a big help around the house while she is here.

I'm working full-time day shift still at the local community hospital on the medical floor. Free time I do whatever I'm needing to do for the girls, play on the internet, and occasionally sew.

He and Alisa just got back from a week visit to Mexico. Everything is going well there.

Only other news is this house is swarming with felines. Stray Alisa brought home had babies.
